U.S. Growth Strategy
Our US growth strategy was designed to combine Portobello Group’s integrated manufacturing and distribution expertise with a state-of-the-art production facility exclusively dedicated to the American market products and design trends.
In addition to a high scale and versatile production capability, incorporating the local culture with our American team will give us the competitive advantage to continue to grow and develop in the market, and create a solid national presence.
Portobello America will also generate new jobs and investment opportunities as a result of creating new ways of building a stronger relationship with Distributors nationwide.

Location
Baxter TN is centrally located to where top-grade raw materials required for our production process can easily be sourced and procured.

2023
Phase 1
Phase 1 will contain 2 Kilns, one 200 meters and one 82 meters, with an annual capacity of
52 million square feet.
2024
Phase 2
It is projected that a second kiln of 200 meters will be added to phase 2 in 2024, making a total of 3 kilns, increasing facility capacity to 92 million square feet.
2026
Phase 3
Future phases anticipate duplicating the capacity, adding three new kilns, and bringing the total facility to 6 kilns and an annual capacity of 184 million square feet.
